Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between Bamboro and its customers via the webshop.
1.2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1. Bamboro: The webshop that acts as an intermediary for reselling products.
2.2. Customer: The natural person or legal entity that places an order with Bamboro.
2.3. Products: All goods offered by Bamboro via the webshop.

3. Orders

3.1. Orders can only be placed via the webshop.
3.2. Bamboro reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
3.3. The agreement is established at the moment Bamboro confirms the order via email.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the webshop.
4.3. Bamboro is entitled to change prices. For current orders, the prices listed at the time of the order apply.

5. Delivery

5.1. Bamboro strives to deliver the products within the specified delivery times.
5.2. Delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order, unless the delay is unreasonably long.
5.3. The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Bamboro until the moment of delivery to the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving the products.
6.2. During the cooling-off period, the customer should handle the product and packaging with care.
6.3. The customer must return the products unused and in the original packaging.
6.4. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1. Bamboro guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the stated specifications.
7.2. Complaints about delivered products must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.
7.3. Bamboro will handle the complaint as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days.

8. Liability

8.1. Bamboro is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, and damage due to business interruption.
8.2. Bamboro's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Bamboro is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure.
9.2. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond Bamboro's control, which prevents the fulfillment of obligations towards the customer, in whole or in part.

10. Privacy

10.1. Bamboro processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
10.2. Bamboro's privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

11.1. All legal relationships to which Bamboro is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
11.2. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
