Return Policy

At Bamboro, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the option to return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt. Please review the details of our return policy below.

Return Period

You have the right to return your product(s) within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, labels, and any free items included with your order.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear unless the item is defective.

Return Costs

The cost of returning items is your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Return costs start at $20 / £16 for small packages but may vary for larger packages. Returns must be sent to our address in China.

Return Label

It is important to note that customers are responsible for generating and printing their own return labels. Be sure to properly affix the label to your package before shipping.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order at info@bamboro-boxers.com, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.
  3. Packaging: Ensure the items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If possible, use the original shipping packaging.
  4. Shipping: Send the package using a reliable carrier and retain the receipt with tracking information.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Partial refunds may apply in cases where:

  • Items show obvious signs of use or are not in their original condition.
  • Items are damaged or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by Bamboro.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear unless the item is defective.
  • Returns are made after the 14-day return period.

In such cases, additional fees may apply if the product is returned in a damaged state.

Complaints

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@bamboro-boxers.com, including your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or full refund.
